On April 18, 2007, three Turkish Christians were brutally tortured and murdered after the Turkish government and press had been running an anti-Christian propaganda campaign for many months.

On May 21, 2007, a US Congressman introduced a resolution to express sympathy for the families of the three martyrs. Incredibly,
32 other Congressional Representatives signed onto the resolution.

The believers in Turkey have said that the church in Turkey would be incredibly encouraged if the US government were to at least express sympathy for these martyrs.

However, the resolution in question has been stalled because certain members of Congress are more worried about Turkey's feelings than about denouncing evil.

Can you help us to get the US Congress to express support to the persecuted believers in Turkey and get this resolution passed?

To do so is simple. You can SIGN THE PETITION to Congress right now on our website by clicking here. In addition, you can print out ICC's petition (PDF linked with extra signature pages) and take it to your church and have everyone you know sign it and send it back to us so we can present it to those blocking it (ICC's address & fax are above).
